Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & FINAL SALE ITEMS

Due to the nature of our products, promotional pricing, limited releases, tactical gear, and hygiene-sensitive merchandise, many products sold by BLACKOUT UNIT are considered Final Sale.

Customers agree to review our Returns & Exchanges Policy prior to purchase.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a return is exceptionally approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and return labels.
